NATHAN POIRIER
Co-Founder/Little bit of Everything
Nathan was born and raised right here in Grand Junction, Colorado. He earned his bachelor's degree in Sport's Management from Colorado Mesa University and worked in the wholesale industry for a few years. He decided that he wanted to help people in a more meaningful way and decided to pursue his Real Estate license. Nathan started at Bray Real Estate in 2016 and has enjoyed helping people buy and sell real estate ever since. He brings a background of real estate knowledge and an understanding of the importance professional photos and video bring to home listings. Nathan has spent a lot of his free time learning all aspects of this business including photography, videography and drone usage /laws. He is dedicated to making sure each client is happy with the service we provide and providing value to both the company and clients. Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and playing/coaching soccer in his free time.
JUSTIN WEAVER
Co-Founder/Multi Media Specialist
When Justin left the Grand Valley in 2005, he thought he'd never live there again, but, he forgot his pocket full of sand and after a number of years split between Northern Colorado, Denver and Los Angeles he made his return. He brings back a wealth of multi media and video editing knowledge that he gleaned from years working in the Hollywood Post Production Industry. After rising to the role of Post Production Manager in a prominent Hollywood Post Production House, Justin realized he missed the laid back quality of life found on the Western Slope of Colorado, and with his wife, decided to make it his home again. He brings his years of experience, an eye for details in the frame and an understanding of the importance of story telling within the edits, back to Grand Junction, where he couldn't be happier to wake up every morning.
